“New Sudan” Passport and Immigration Act 2003

“Provisional Order” adopted by the SPLM as part of the “Laws of the New Sudan” proposing a Passports And Immigration Act, “to provide for the grant of New Sudan Passports and to control entry into, exit from and residence in the New Sudan and matters related to and connected therewith.”
The provisional order was intended as a proposal for the whole of Sudan, not only the South. It was never implemented.
