Nigerians bemoan non-issuance of National ID

Some Nigerians who have registered with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC). expressed worries today, that several years after they performed the civic task, they are yet to get the national identity cards.
In separate interviews the Nigerians wondered what could be delaying the issuance of the cards, even after getting SMS to come for them.
