Registry’s Report on Proof of Identity Documents Available in Mali and Transmission of Proposed Application Forms for Rule 85(b) RPE Victims and Groups of Victims

The purpose of this Report is to provide information about the documents known to be available in the Republic of Mali (“Mali”) that may assist in establishing a person’s identity in the context of victims’ applications to participate in the proceedings. Pursuant to regulation 86 of the Regulations of the Court, applications for participation must be supported by proof of identity and/or proof of kinship.
