English summary supplied by Minority Rights Group:

The Somali embassy in Kenya has been harassing Somali nationals, including those from the Somali Bantu region of Jubba. The Somali embassy has rejected to issue passports to Bantu people from the Middle Jubba regions. They said you are not Somalis; you are foreigners from other African countries, says the embassy. Our children need passports as they are Somalis in origin. Somali Bantu people are ethnic Somali nationals. On behalf of their names, they were denied to receive a Somali passport. We call on intellectuals, politicians and the international community to intervene to address this recurrent issue and to enable our children receive passports, says Hassan Amir Hussein, a politician from the Somali Bantu group in Kenya.
