Uganda: Reconsider dual nationality issue

Kampala — One of the consequences of Uganda’s post-independence insecurity was the forced migration of Ugandan citizens to distant lands around the globe.
While the number of Ugandan emigres is not available, they probably exceed half a million. In North America alone, there are at least 60,000 Ugandans, most of whom have been here for no less than two decades.
