It is not doubt that getting the nationality certificate or what is recently called the national register certificate or number is an important measure for any state that wants to build its future in an appropriate basis as it facilitates the control of the identity and providing the services besides preserving the rights of the citizens.
The government started in applying this system 4 years ago, but unfortunately the application was not successful and as evidence the low turn out of those who completed the process.
