Egypt: PM strips three expatriates of citizenship for joining foreign military

Egyptian Prime Minister Sheriff Ismail issued a directive on Wednesday to strip three Egyptian expatriates of their citizenship after they joined the military service of foreign countries without a prior permit from the Egyptian Defense Ministry.

The three are named as Mohamed Atta al-Kahlout, Sameh Atta al-Kahlout and Mohamed Ali Abu Agamy, although there was no indication of the foreign country or countries they are serving.
