Some of these have been litigated up to the level of the <a href=\"http:\/\/citizenshiprightsafrica.org\/theme\/african-and-international-standards\/\">African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights<\/a>, but less-well known cases arise with almost every election.
