The cou\u00adple approached the LRC after they were unable to reg\u00adis\u00adter and obtain birth cer\u00adtifi\u00adcates from Home Affairs because the mother is an undoc\u00adu\u00admented Swazi\u00adland national. How\u00adever, the father is a South African national.<\/p>\n<p>The cou\u00adple have been in a rela\u00adtion\u00adship since 2007.
