It looks at the profile of foreign children accommodated in CYCCs, the children\u2019s reasons for migration, the circumstances around placement in residential care institutions, and looks at efforts made by social workers to trace and reunify foreign children with their families. Lastly, the children\u2019s documentation status and pathways to durable documentation solutions is assessed.
