The Bill also recognises the constitutional imperatives relating to children and the rights of both parents in relation to the guardianship of children.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially, the Bill elaborates on the rights attendant upon citizenship by birth, citizenship by descent and citizenship by registration; it addresses the renunciation and revocation of citizenship, the prohibition of dual citizenship with respect to citizenship by descent and citizenship by registration, the establishment of a Citizenship and Immigration Board as well as other ancillary matters as provided for by the Constitution.
