{"id":21274,"date":"2017-10-01T12:06:13","date_gmt":"2017-10-01T12:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citizenshiprightsafrica.org\/?p=21274"},"modified":"2019-01-03T12:14:18","modified_gmt":"2019-01-03T12:14:18","slug":"hcr-soumission-pour-lexamen-periodique-universel-3eme-cycle-30eme-session-burkina-faso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citizenshiprightsafrica.org\/en\/hcr-soumission-pour-lexamen-periodique-universel-3eme-cycle-30eme-session-burkina-faso\/","title":{"rendered":"HCR: Soumission pour l&#8217;Examen p\u00e9riodique Universel: 3\u00e8me Cycle, 30\u00e8me Session: BURKINA FASO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Date d&#8217;examen : lundi 7 mai 2018 (pour plus d&#8217;informations cliquer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohchr.org\/FR\/HRBodies\/UPR\/Pages\/BFIndex.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ici<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Extrait:<\/p>\n<p>PRINCIPAUX PROBLEMES DE PROTECTION, DEFIS ET RECOMMANDATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Point 1: Pr\u00e9venir et r\u00e9duire l\u2019apatridie<\/p>\n<p>Bien que des efforts consid\u00e9rables aient \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepris, de nombreux d\u00e9fis restent \u00e0 relever afin d\u2019\u00e9radiquer l\u2019apatride d\u2019ici 2024 notamment la r\u00e9forme du Code de Personnes et de la Famille, l\u2019obtention de donn\u00e9es statistiques sur l\u2019ampleur du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, la mise en application effective des d\u00e9cisions de la Cour internationale de justice qui ont modifi\u00e9 les fronti\u00e8res entre le Burkina et le Niger3 ainsi qu\u2019entre le Burkina et le Mali4, ainsi que la documentation des nombreux burkinab\u00e8 \u00e0 risque d\u2019apatridie vivant en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>Recommandations:<\/p>\n<p>Le HCR recommande au Gouvernement du Burkina Faso de:<\/p>\n<p>(a) Assurer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des dispositions de la Convention de 1954 et la Convention de 1961 dans les textes de lois au niveau national pour pr\u00e9venir l\u2019apatridie \u00e0 la naissance et r\u00e9duire les cas d\u2019apatridie, \u00e0 travers l\u2019adoption d\u2019une loi sur l\u2019apatridie et\/ou la r\u00e9vision de la loi sur la nationalit\u00e9 qui est contenu dans leCode de Personnes Famille ;<br \/>\n(b) Garantir la mise en oeuvre effective du Plan d\u2019action national de lutte contre l\u2019apatridie et la r\u00e9alisation des missions de documentation des burkinab\u00e8 \u00e0 risque d\u2019apatridie suite aux d\u00e9limitations frontali\u00e8res entre le Burkina Faso et le Niger, et le Mali ainsi que ceux \u00e0 risque d\u2019apatridie en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, \u00e0 travers le renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration avec le Gouvernement de la C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire ;<br \/>\n(c) Continuer \u00e0 s\u2019investir dans l\u2019enregistrement des naissances conform\u00e9ment aux engagements pris \u00e0 travers l\u2019adoption de la D\u00e9claration d\u2019Abidjan en f\u00e9vrier 2015 et du Plan d\u2019Action de Banjul en mai 2017.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9l\u00e9charger soumission: <a href=\"http:\/\/citizenshiprightsafrica.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/UNHCR_UPR30_BFA_F_Main.pdf\">UNHCR_UPR30_BFA_F_Main<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Date d&#8217;examen : lundi 7 mai 2018 (pour plus d&#8217;informations cliquer ici).
