TAKES NOTE of the Report and recommendations of the Eight Extraordinary Session of the Specialized Technical Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs held from 11 to 13 December 2023 (Meeting of Government Legal Experts) and from 18 to 19 December 2023 (Ministerial Meeting) in hybrid format (in Addis Ababa and via videoconference);<\/p>\n<p>100. ALSO TAKES NOTE of the Draft Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights relating to the Specific Aspects of the Right to a Nationality and the Eradication of Statelessness in Africa;<\/p>\n<p>101.
