Mandatory Enrolment and issuance to all qualified Citizens\/Residents and Use of the National Identification Cards to Access All Services in Liberia<\/p>\n<p>l) That all citizens and residents within the Republic of Liberia shall enroll into the National Biometric Identification System (NBIS) and obtain a national ID cord which shall be used as a primary credential to:<br \/>\ni. Authenticate, verify and\/or confirm their identity;<br \/>\nii. Prove their citizenship;<br \/>\niii. Obtain or have access to all services for which they ore entitled to;<br \/>\niv.
