Le Comit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par les difficult\u00e9s qui se posent s\u2019agissant d\u2019assurer une couverture territoriale ad\u00e9quate de ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019enregistrement, en particulier dans les r\u00e9gions recul\u00e9es, et par les risques de falsification de documents d\u2019\u00e9tat civil, laquelle peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur les droits des femmes et des filles.
