Il note \u00e9galement que le cadre constitutionnel et l\u00e9gislatif de l\u2019\u00c9tat partie contient des dispositions contre la discrimination, notamment dans les domaines de l\u2019emploi, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale. Le Comit\u00e9 est toutefois pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par : [&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>c)Les enfants n\u00e9s au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal de parents \u00e9trangers auraient des difficult\u00e9s pour obtenir la nationalit\u00e9 s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise, en raison essentiellement des lenteurs et de la complexit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure de naturalisation ;<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>23. Le Comit\u00e9 recommande \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat partie de prendre toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires, notamment en modifiant sa l\u00e9gislation, pour que tous les travailleurs migrants et les membres de leur famille qui se trouvent sur son territoire ou sous sa juridiction, qu\u2019ils soient pourvus ou non de documents, jouissent sans discrimination des droits consacr\u00e9s par la Convention, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 son article 7.
