There is a poster (see below) in my office at LSE. A shot of subway graffiti reading \u201cRefugee go home\u201d. The slogan is a rejoinder from UNHCR: \u201cHe would if he could\u201d. It\u2019s a simple mantra. Refugees can\u2019t go home, but they want to go home.
