Tout en se f\u00e9licitant que l\u2019article 5 de la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation sur la nationalit\u00e9 permette aux femmes de transmettre la nationalit\u00e9 congolaise par filiation de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que les hommes, le Comit\u00e9 regrette que l\u2019article 30 pr\u00e9voit que les femmes ne peuvent pas conserver leur nationalit\u00e9 congolaise si elles \u00e9pousent un \u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>32.
