1. Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion make this joint submission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), on the right to a nationality and human rights challenges pertaining to statelessness in Zimbabwe.
2. This submission focuses on:
   I. Birth Registration, civil documentation, and (risks of) statelessness
   II. Children’s right to a nationality
   III. Arbitrary deprivation of nationality
   IV. Descendants of migrants and risks of statelessness
   V. Lack of adequate protection of stateless persons and statelessness determination procedures
