Exiled Kenyan Lawyer Miguna Miguna now wants Foreign Affairs CS Raychelle Omamo to be committed to civil jail for refusing to facilitate his return to Kenya.
In an application filed in court on Tuesday, Miguna says that if Omamo fails to comply with the orders, then the court should order a citizen arrest where she will be arrested on sight and delivered to Kamiti Maximum Prison.
Last year, the court directed Omamo to ensure that Miguna comes back into the country after being issued with emergency travel papers.
He argues that Omamo has refused to comply with the ruling and order of the court despite being aware of it.
