LIBERIA: Cllr. A. Ndubusi Nwabudike Withdraws Case Against Gov’t At The Civil Law Court

Cllr. A. Ndubusi Nwabudike who recently got drown in citizenship controversial after he was nominated by the Liberian leader, President George Manneh Weah as National Elections Commission (NEC) Chairman , has finally withdrew his case at the Sixth Judicial Circuit or the Civil Law Court against the Liberian government.
Cllr. Nwabudike who is currently the Chairman of the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC), after the Liberia National Bar Association requested for his deportation, recently Cllr. Nwabudike’s team of filed an application at the Civil Law Court against the Government of Liberia seeking to restore his constitutional rights as a citizen of Liberia.
The move came in the wake of Criminal Court ‘B’ report that there is no document in the archive of the court to prove that Cllr. Nwabudike is a naturalized Liberian citizen as he claims.
