Proclamation No. 270/2002 concerning the rights of foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin

Provides in Article 5 that: the holder of an « identification card of foriegn national of Ethiopian origin » shall have the right to live in Ethiopia without an entry visa or residence permit, to work without a work permit, & other exclusions applying to foreign nationals shall not apply.
