Tanzania: Hints on MZ leaders’ row dropped

A Statement from the Mwanza regional commissioner, Magessa Mulongo claiming that his former Regional Administrative Secretary, Dr Faisal Issa, is a Somali, with controversial Tanzania citizenship, is the root cause of a battle between the two, which culminated in the latter’s dismissal.
The two were reportedly engaging in personal attacks during the Regional defense and security meeting held in Mwanza on January 15, this year.
