The new law governing Rwandan nationality offers preferential treatment to people with special skills, talents and those with substantial investment that are needed in the country.
Judith Uwizeye, Minister in the Office of the President, told The New Times the review of the law was aimed to attract investment and skilled people who want to come to Rwanda from across the world.
