Centre for Public Interest Law and another v. Attorney General of Uganda, Constitutional Petition No.34 of 2010

Constitutional Court judgement on the eligibility of refugees to register or naturalise as Ugandan. The Court finds that refugees do not have the right to register (an easier process); and does not make a ruling on naturalisation, though it agrees that in principle refugees are eligible for naturalisation.
