THE SIERRA LEONE CITIZENSHIP ACT (ACT NO. 4 OF 1973)
THE SIERRA LEONE CITIZENSHIP (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 27 of the Sierra Leone Citizenship Act, 1973 the President hereby makes the following regulations:–
1. Regulation 7 of the Sierra Leone Citizenship Regulations is amended by–
(a) repealing paragraph (b) and replacing it with the following paragraph:–
“(b) on the payment of the sum of one hundred thousand Leones for the naturalization form and three thousand United States Dollars for the naturalization process:”
(b) adding the following paragraph–
“(c) paragraph (b) shall apply to all categories of persons.”
