Botswana: National Registration (Amendment) Act No.11 of 2017

Provides among other things that: Section 7 of the Act is amended in subsection (1) by inserting immediately after subsection (3), the following new subsection: « (4) The registrar may refuse to register an applicant who fails to provide the necessary information. »
Entry into force 1 November 2017.
