An Act of Parliament to establish the Kenya Citizens and Foreign Nationals Management Service; to provide for the creation and maintenance of a national population register and the administration of the laws relating to births and deaths, identification and registration of citizens, immigration and refugees; administration of the laws relating to marriages and for connected purposes.
