Malawi Citizenship (Amendment) Act No.11 of 2019

Replaces sections 6 and 7 of the Malawi Citizenship Act, and repeals sections 8-11; adds schedule 7.
The amendments permit dual citizenship for the first time, require notification of dual citizenship for adults, and establish restrictions on holding public office for those with dual citizenship.
