Malawi needs proper homework on dual citizenship

Some political and legal experts in the country have cautioned against rushing in passing the dual citizenship bill into law saying proper saying there are a number of crucial elements that must be debated and agreed upon.
Malawians in diaspora have been pressurizing government to pass a law that will enable them to participate in all the affairs of the country, including politics, even when they are bonafide citizens of other countries.
