CHAPTER SIX
Citizenship
Article 31.
1. Any person with both or one parents of Ethiopian citizenship is an Ethiopian.
2. Particulars relating to citizenship shall be determined by law.
3. The conditions and procedures for the acquisition of Ethiopian citizenship by citizens of other countries and stateless persons shall be determined by law.
